Hi, I’m Meleah!
My interest in food blossomed as I grew up with Southern food and family recipes but quickly evolved. I’m an Arkansas - born and raised but have called both NYC and London home. I love traveling and learning about international cuisines and then using that as inspiration in my kitchen.
I spent 10 years in the design industry before deciding to pursue a career in food. Fast forward to 2021 - I moved to London and enrolled in Leiths School of Food and Wine Diploma program, one of the UK’s top culinary programs.
Based in Arkansas but willing to travel - I am excited about being able to bring a variety of cuisines and flavors to your table.
