Sweet Roasted Carrots with Dill
We all love a roasted vegetable (hopefully), and these roasted carrots add a bit of sweetness and freshness that will have you hearing “YUM” after every bite.
Ingredients
1 bunch carrots, peeled
1 tbsp neutral cooking oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bunch dill, chopped
Salt, to taste
What to do
Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F
Peel your carrots and prep the dill.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all the spices, the oil, and half of the dill. Add the carrots and mix.
Add to a sheet pan (large enough that the carrots do not touch) and roast for 25-30 minutes. The carrots will be softened.
Remove from the tray, add to a serving plate, and top with the extra dill.
Serve and enjoy!
